We are more than just a betting platform. jomkis was built with one goal — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every player in Malaysia. From live casino tables to sports betting, it's all here.
Jomkis began in 2018 when a group of individuals with a shared passion for the online entertainment industry and technology decided to build something different. At the time, most platforms available in the Malaysian market paid little attention to the local user experience — confusing interfaces, slow customer support, and cumbersome deposit and withdrawal processes.
We saw that gap as an opportunity. Combining expertise in software development, cybersecurity, and entertainment platform management, the jomkis founding team set out to build an entertainment ecosystem genuinely designed for Malaysian users — not simply translated from another platform with cosmetic changes.
Today, jomkis has grown into one of the most popular online entertainment platforms among Malaysian players. With over 500,000 registered members, thousands of gaming sessions taking place every day, and a support team operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we remain committed to delivering the best for our members.
Jomkis's vision is straightforward: to become the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian players by prioritising safety, fairness, and member satisfaction in every decision we make.
Our mission is to provide a transparent and responsible gaming environment where every member — whether a casual player enjoying entertainment or a serious player chasing wins — receives equally fair treatment.
We believe that trust cannot be bought — it must be earned through consistent action and commitment, day after day. That is why jomkis continually strives to improve the platform, enhance its services, and take member feedback seriously.
The jomkis platform is built on robust, modern technology infrastructure. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and member's personal data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all accounts, adding a critical extra layer of security in an era of increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
The random number generator (RNG) used across all jomkis games has received independent certification, ensuring that every slot spin, every card hand, and every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by anyone — including jomkis itself. This is the foundation of our commitment to fair play.
In terms of platform performance, jomkis operates on globally distributed servers with response times optimised for users in Malaysia. Even during peak hours with hundreds of thousands of simultaneous active users, our platform remains stable and fast with no significant disruptions.
Jomkis takes its social responsibility very seriously. We recognise that the online entertainment industry can pose risks to certain individuals, and we do not take this lightly. The jomkis Responsible Gaming Programme provides members with a range of tools to manage their playing habits — including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, temporary self-exclusion options, and access to professional support resources.
We also enforce a strict age policy — only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted to register and play on the jomkis platform. Our comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process ensures every member's identity is properly verified before any high-value transaction is processed.
Six key reasons why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players trust jomkis as their preferred entertainment platform
Every transaction and member's personal data is protected with the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading banking institutions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all accounts, and our fraud monitoring system operates fully around the clock to detect any unusual activity.
From Asia-themed video slots to live baccarat tables with real dealers, jomkis offers over 1,200 game titles from the world's leading software providers. Every game is independently tested and certified to guarantee unquestionable fairness and reliability.
Jomkis supports FPX, direct bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and digital assets. Deposits are processed within seconds, while withdrawals are completed in 15 minutes to 3 hours. VIP members enjoy a priority withdrawal channel with even faster processing times.
The jomkis App is designed specifically to deliver a seamless gaming experience on your smartphone. A mobile-optimised interface, intuitive navigation, and real-time notifications for the latest promotions ensure you never miss an exciting opportunity.
The jomkis support team is made up of local individuals who understand the needs and expectations of Malaysian players. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via LiveChat and WhatsApp. Every query is answered in an average of under 3 minutes — no bots, no generic replies, just real help.
The jomkis VIP Program rewards member loyalty with tangible benefits — personalised cashback, higher betting limits, birthday bonuses, priority withdrawals, and a dedicated personal agent for Diamond Elite members. The more active you play, the greater the rewards you receive every day.
Four core principles that guide every decision and action at jomkis
Member trust is jomkis's most valuable asset. Every action we take is carried out with full transparency and uncompromising integrity.
We are constantly working to improve the platform, introduce new features, and keep pace with the latest technological developments for the best possible member experience.
Every member — new or veteran — receives equally fair treatment. Our certified RNG system ensures every game outcome is truly random and fair.
Jomkis is committed to responsible gaming. We provide self-control tools and support resources to ensure entertainment stays just that — entertainment.
From the very beginning, jomkis was built with Malaysian players as the priority. This is not just a marketing slogan — it is a genuine approach reflected in every aspect of our platform. The user interface is designed in natural, easy-to-understand language, not awkward direct translations. The payment methods we support are chosen based on what is most popular and convenient for local users.
Our customer support team also consists of Malaysians who understand the local context and needs. When you reach out to jomkis support, you are speaking with someone who genuinely understands your situation — not an overseas agent reading from a generic script.
Jomkis offers four main game categories to suit the tastes of all types of players:
Registering an account at jomkis takes less than 3 minutes. You only need to fill in your basic details, verify your phone number, and your account is ready to use. No lengthy process, no documents to fax or submit physically. For full KYC verification — which unlocks unlimited withdrawals — you simply upload a single identity document, and it is typically approved in under an hour.
As a new member, you automatically qualify for a 150% welcome bonus of up to RM 888 on your first deposit. This means before you even start playing seriously, you already have a far larger bankroll than what you deposited. Visit our Promotions page to see all current offers available.
Even as jomkis has grown into a large and trusted platform, we never stop looking for ways to improve. In the near future, we plan to introduce more new game options, enhance our mobile app capabilities, and expand the VIP program with additional tiers and more valuable rewards.
We are also actively expanding the jomkis esports section — in line with the rapidly growing esports market in Malaysia, particularly among younger audiences. Mobile Legends, VALORANT, CS2, and Dota 2 are already available in our betting markets, and more esports titles will be added soon.
Most importantly, our core commitment will never change — to be the most trusted, most secure, and most enjoyable platform for Malaysian players. Thank you for being part of the jomkis community.
